Do You Love To Talk About Life Insurance?

Aw, c’mon! Admit that you hide copies of Insurance News Net magazine in your closet. Do you secretly run quotes online for insane amounts of life insurance (who wouldn’t want to know what $300 million would cost)? Or maybe you just run quotes for what you think would be best for your family and then ask your friend’s opinion? And of course you have this blog bookmarked because of the intrinsic lure of hearing how we can turn declined applications for life insurance into approved, affordable policies. Is life insurance the go-to topic when you get together with friends? No?

Well, I don’t like Insurance News Net either. They talk far too much about non-guaranteed life insurance products and not enough about the reality of the challenge so many face when they are trying to protect their family or business. Acquiring life insurance should be as easy as having a chat with a friend.

The “Real Life” Insurance Challenges

For so many who decide to buy life insurance, well, it’s easy. If you’re young and healthy (a good time to buy) you can literally be approved for life insurance two minutes after completing the on line application. But on the flip side of that coin is the CEO who can’t seem to get approved for business life insurance because of a drinking problem that is long past, or the doctor who is being told by USAA that she can’t get the best rate class for her life insurance because she has ADHD. When there are “issues” it’s imperative that you talk about life insurance with an agent that knows how to get the approval you deserve.

A business partnership can suffer because one of the partners can’t get life insurance to fund their half of a buy/sell agreement because one is HIV positive.
