Pilot Life Insurance
Pilot Life Insurance
With close to 25% of my client base being pilots suffice it to say I have the experience to find pilot life insurance for everyone from commercial airline pilots to student pilots to our friends in the back country of Alaska who land where they need to. I even have private pilot life insurance options available.
I represent all of the top companies who are “pilot friendly” and each time a potential client contacts me I contact all of the companies just to be sure that your unique aviation experience is always matched with the company that will offer you the best rates available. The information I need to shop your case is 1. Your total hours. 2. Your annual hours for the past two years and projected for the upcoming year. 3. What type of aircraft you fly. 4. Your pilot rating (IFR, VFR, Commercial, CFI, etc.). 5. Any out of the norm activities such as bush piloting or stunt flying. And of course, your personal health information.
Just FYI. If you have life insurance in force and decide to become a student pilot you may not need new insurance. With very few exceptions taking up a new hobby is automatically covered by the insurance you have. If your wife just told you to get life insurance because you’re taking up flying, we have good options for student pilots.
Whatever your life insurance need as a pilot, we have you covered. Give me a call. You’ll be glad you did.
