I've been both a local, across the table agent and have done business for years over the phone and internet. One of the rules that I live by is that service will not be compromised just because I don't see someone face to face. I know how easy and useful it is to get a free online quote, compare products and read other clients' testimonials (I have a very successful website of my own), but an online insurance agent seems to me going a bit too far into cyber reality...
